Mid Morning snack
1 activia light yogurt- 70 calories
Lunch:
Wild rice, lentils and spinach, cauliflower and brocolli tossed in yogurt and hummus sauce= about 500 calories
Total so far: 1010
200 left- will make a berry smoothie
