Dietary Analysis Day Four

Breakfast:


1 mango
2 kiwis
2 cups of coffee with one cup of milk


Lunch:


1 cup green beans
half a cup cooked peas
1 small wholewheat pita
1 patty tempeh


Dinner:

1 Kulfi Ice cream scoop
1 cascade fresh blueberry yoghurt
1 trail mix bar
1 diet Pepsi

Water-  6 cups


I will put up the results of inputting my dietary analysis soon- it seems like I eat too many fruits but not enough VEGGIES or enough cups of milk!!
